If so, did Jessup dose himself or was it put on the steering wheel of his car by a Mirage Man?

It seems to me that he was asking about drug use in the UFO subculture, not just about Jessup, especially since that last letter was a year later. It may have been relevant to another case, or to his continuing research on suicide. An intriguing question, at any rate!

you might have mentioned it, but Dr. Davis was a famous medical examiner with a long illustrious career in Dade county.
