Here’s why I think Jaye (or perhaps some human she knew) wrote this–I think the word ‘contactee’ gives it away. If these were aliens, I’d have to believe they’d have some other word for it rather than an obvious ufologist term. I also think the misspellings are calculated. Maybe there was someone else in on it with her.

It’s also noticeable, IMO, and it’s alluded to in the intro, how it’s circling back to the idea that Jaye and John should procreate. As others have said, I believe ‘fiance Dave’ doesn’t exist.

Have we heard anything about “fiance Dave” since he disappeared? I think that tells us all we need to know about that situation.
This letter, several mentions of suicide. Hate saying this, but is that why we can’t find any record of Jaye Paro after the 1960’s?

FWIW, Dave (referred to as David by JAK in his notes on this occasion) did return a few posts ago and had a ‘flimsy excuse’ for his absence, per Jaye. He hasn’t been mentioned since then.
