  2. John was great with his inscriptions.

BTW, regarding The Mothman Prophecies and the fiction that creeped into the movie versus the book, there’s a significant date this week to ponder this a bit more.

Yes, Chernobyl’s 25th Anniversary But No Mothman Was Seen

There is an acknowledgement that today (April 26) is the anniversary of the infamous nuclear disaster. But one important fact needs to be repeated. No weird winged wonder was seen before the accident. And John Keel and I tried to set the record late.

  4. One similarity with Chernobyl and Point Pleasant WV (site of Mothman visits), is that they are now both tourist attractions:

  5. he makes his th’s as they appear in the voynich manuscript! have i solved the mystery?

i’ve been looking at his handwriting. very boyish, youthful. almost like he should have been left handed and became one of those righties who write “bacikhanded.”

he must have been so much fun.

  6. John was left-handed! He used to talk about the difficulties of left-hand life — particularly trying to use right-hand scissors.
