John died nine years ago, on July 3, 2009. I like to mark the occasion by posting an unfamiliar photo of him. Here he is on September 3, 1961, in NYC. I guess he hurt his eye. Rest in peace, John. People are still reading your books!

Yes, still being read and enjoyed…one of the joys of life is stumbling across a Keel article I haven’t read…I particularly like the little Gaffney man article and really wonder what it is all about as the testimony of the two police officers is totally convincing….
