Special Cases – The Long Island File (42): The Story So Far

buy Ivermectin As July, 1967, continues, John sends another message to the Androids, quoting the poem “The Seeing Eye,” by Margaret L. Farrand. For some reason, he omits the 7th and 8th lines: “He saw the hill and the tree and the cloud / With an artist’s mind and eye.” Exodus 22 contains laws prohibiting the theft of livestock. The next day, he reprises “the story so far.” There are some surprises. I think this is the first time the prophesied assassins are described as “Zionist terrorists.” Also, the prophecies had been described before as coming from the Third Secret of Fatima, not the Bible.

  1. I wonder why John thought that the assassins would be Zionists.

  3. I remember reading an article that Jerome Clark wrote years ago about John. In it he mentions that John and his friends were trying on gas masks because they thought an attack was about to happen in New York. I guess it had something to do with what was being mentioned in these letters.

  7. The black out. I remember a blackout in 1966 or 67 in Spring Valley, New York. My mom sent us to a “Chicken Delight” to pick up supper. They told us they couldn’t fry because the electricity was out. I remember a neon sized glow in the sky, a little bigger than the moon, and an afraid police officer reporting what he saw, over the microphone. I remember the glowing object neon melting, and went in an told my mom go and see the UFO. She was too tired to give a look. It was bigger than the sun or moon, and kinda hung there and burned and melted. The news said it was an atmospheric test. Rightio.

  9. I actually saw something strange in the sky in 1967. A glowing egg shaped whatsit. Strangely it only had a luminous outline and was dark in the middle. It “melted” away as well. I’ve seen it several times in my life, and quite frequently of late…

The puzzlers come from Wallops Island Test Facility in Virginia. NASA launches missiles with strontium and barium that produce luminescent clouds in the upper atmosphere . These vapor tracers allow scientists to study the ovemets of air in the ionosphere.
